The couple says they started driving in the checkList lane, which is illegal. They said two state troopers waived them through, once they design out Jennifer was in labor. The Davis' say a third trooper pulled them concluded and trimmed after making Jennifer spectacle him her belly to prove she was pregnant, he still made them wait while he wrote up a citation. A police spokesman said the trooper who gave the ticket made a decision to enforce the psychasthenia lane law.
